Your Rights
20. You have the following rights in relation to Data.
Right to access copies of the information we hold about you at any time. If we provide you with access to the information we hold about you, we will not charge you for this, unless your request is “manifestly unfounded or excessive.” Where we are legally permitted to do so, we may refuse your request and will tell you the reasons why, for example we may withhold information relating to correct and incorrect answers to questions used to grade other users of the Website.
Right to correct Data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to erase Data from our systems. Requests by you to erase Data may be communicated by us to your employer or training institute.
Right to restrict our use of Data or limit the way in which we can use it.
Right to data portability to request that we move, copy or transfer Data;
Right to object to our use of Data including where we use it for our legitimate interests.

If you are not satisfied with the way a complaint you make in relation to Data is handled you may refer your complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) https://ico.org.uk/.
22. You may not transfer your rights under this privacy policy to any other person. We may transfer our rights under this privacy policy where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
